Order Cancellations & Adjustments

Please carefully review your order before completing your purchase.

Order Adjustments

If you need to make an adjustment to your order, please contact Michelle’s Creations immediately after placing your order.

Items may be changed or substituted; however, the replacement item(s) must be of equal or greater value than the item(s) originally purchased. If you select an item of greater value, you will be responsible for paying the difference.

Adjustments cannot be used to reduce the total value of your original order.

Once you receive notification that your order has been fulfilled, no changes or adjustments can be made.

Order Cancellations

If you choose to cancel your order, a 15% restocking and processing fee will be deducted from your refund.

Once you receive notification that your order has been fulfilled, your order is final and can no longer be canceled. No refund will be issued.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Due to the nature of our skincare, cosmetic, and personal-care products and for health, hygiene, and contamination-control purposes, ALL SALES ARE FINAL once an order has been fulfilled.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on fulfilled orders.
